DELICIOUS MILLET

1 cup millet

1 cup brown rice

6 cups water

1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt

1 cup crushed pineapple

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup coconut

1/2 cup dates, chopped

1 cup almonds, chopped

Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
